Didier Verhulst has gained a solid experience in cellular as well as satellite networks. His professional activities include 5 years at France Télécom R&D, where he participated in the creation of the GSM standard, 2 years as a consultant with SagaTel, 12 years with Alcatel Mobile and 6 years with Alcatel Space. He had management responsibilities in France, in Australia and in India.
Chief Technical Officer
Michel Mouly has an internationally recognised expertise in cellular system design. He played an active role in the GSM standard definition. He co-authored the book "The GSM system for mobile communications" (> 25 000 copies sold) which, for many years, was the worldwide GSM technical reference. He provides technical consultancy to mobile operators and manufacturers, and contributes actively to the definition of Cell & Sat innovative solutions.
SVP Strategy & Marketing
Philippe Guillier has gained a strong technical and commercial experience during 18 years spent at Alcatel Lucent where he held successive responsibilities: GSM System Engineering Manager, Network and Terminal Product Manager, General Manager of the Broadband Communication Division (France & EMAI), Alcatel Lucent Senior Officer in Johannesburg in charge of the South African region.
Jean-Marc Hanriot has a large experience in the computing and telecommunication industry. He held a variety of management positions in Alcatel Lucent where he was in charge of complex software development and network deployment programs, in France but also in China, Belgium and the USA. His main fields of expertise concern cellular and satellite radio systems, and he has always placed emphasis on a good operational performance based on explicit and clear engineering rules.
VP Business Development
Basile Verhulst graduated from ETH Zurich and conducted Robotics Research at UC Berkeley Data Scientist. He is the co-founder of Blockdynamics, a start-up specialized in blockchain and machine learning technologies. As an associate of Cell & Sat, he contributes to its Business Development.
